Future of a High School

It's 2035. What does your high school look like?

It's 2035. You've been asked to redesign your old high school from scratch โ€” not tweak it, not modernize it, redesign it. The old building is still standing but nobody quite believes in it anymore. Enrollment has dropped. Teachers are tired. Students are asking harder questions than the schedule has room for.

You're working out of a studio loft: high windows letting in slanted afternoon light, drafting tables covered in sketches, a neon sign someone hung ironically that everyone now takes seriously. A wall of index cards holds every idea you've entertained in the last six weeks.

In two weeks a funder walks in. They will love your vision. They will also ask you to pick exactly one thing to launch first โ€” and they will only fund what they can measure inside eighteen months. Today, you're not building the whole school. You're deciding what the first true move actually is.
