How licensing works
- Branded experience. Your logo, colors, fonts, headline, and intro copy.
- Domain allowlist. The tool only loads on websites you register.
- Anonymous sessions. Students never enter a name, email, phone, address, or birthday.
- Usage cap. Monthly session limits based on your agreement.
- Instant revoke. Access can be suspended immediately if terms are violated.
What you may and may not do
You may
- Display licensed features on approved domains.
- Apply your logo, brand colors, approved fonts, and copy.
- Toggle attribution based on your tier.
- Receive aggregate usage reports.
You may not
- Access source code, databases, or career data sets.
- Copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
- Sublicense, resell, or transfer the licence.
- Collect student PII through the tools.
Ownership & privacy
RaShun Barksdale owns Oveus Career Accelerator and all intellectual property rights in the platform, code, career data, methodology, and improvements. You retain ownership of only your own logo and brand assets.
Students use anonymous sessions. We never collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or birthdays. You receive only aggregate usage counts.
